Outlook Email Draft
Reads the Outlook mailbox, prepares reply drafts and proposes sending only with approval. Use when the customer uses Microsoft instead of Gmail.
Pack: Inbox & ProductivityProcedure
- 1Read unread Outlook mail (outlook_list_unread) or search (outlook_search_messages)
- 2Open the message (outlook_read_message) before replying
- 3Write the draft with outlook_create_draft or outlook_create_reply_draft
- 4Show recipients, subject and body and ask for explicit approval
- 5Only after approval: outlook_send_message
Rules
- · Sending always requires approval: this skill prepares, never ships
- · If Outlook is not connected, guide to connect instead of inventing emails
- · Max 150 words, one topic per email
Expected output
Outlook draft (subject, body) + send status (to approve/sent)
When not to use it
- · Gmail mailbox: use Reply Draft, not this skill
- · Emails with financial or legal commitments: draft only, with approval
- · Sending without explicit approval: never, even if vaguely requested
Example requests
«Reply in Outlook to Rossi's email about delivery times»
