Board Update

Updates the project board (Trello, Asana, ClickUp) with task status. Use at end of day.

Procedure

  1. 1Read the board and compare with known commitments
  2. 2Move only confirmed-status tasks
  3. 3Add status comments to in-progress tasks
  4. 4Never close tasks: that is up to whoever did them
  5. 5Return the list of applied changes

Rules

  • · No task moved to 'done' without confirmation
  • · Existing priorities never change without a stated reason
  • · Every change is reversible: no deletions

Expected output

List of applied changes + tasks left unchanged due to doubt

When not to use it

  • · Status unconfirmed by the team: do not move tasks by deduction
  • · Board not connected: produce the list of changes to apply
