Procedure

1Collect per member: in-progress tasks, yesterday's completions, blockers
2Group into three columns: yesterday, today, blockers
3Flag members without updates
4Close with the decisions needed today
515 lines max: a standup is not a report

Rules

· No judging people: task facts only
· No private team-member notes
· Whoever did not update is flagged, never inferred

Expected output

Standup: yesterday / today / blockers (by task, not person) + requested decisions

When not to use it

· Team without tracked tasks: the standup cannot be reconstructed
· Standup with personal data: no private team-member notes
