Procedure

  1. 1Take the job description and role level
  2. 2Generate 6-8 questions: 3 behavioral, 3 technical, 1-2 verification
  3. 3For each question state what to observe
  4. 4Add 2-3 closing questions for the candidate
  5. 5Avoid any question about age, marital status, health, religion, orientation

Rules

  • · Zero discriminatory questions: skills and experience only
  • · Behavioral questions start with 'Tell me about a time when...'
  • · 10 questions max: a long interview is not an interview

Expected output

Question list by type with observed goal + closing questions

When not to use it

  • · Role undefined: ask for job description and level
  • · Questions requiring protected personal data: excluded
