Booking Creation

Creates the calendar appointment with video link and sends confirmation. Use after the customer picks a slot.

Procedure

  1. 1Verify the slot is still free before writing it
  2. 2Create the event with an understandable title, time, duration, attendees
  3. 3Add the video link if the integration is connected, otherwise flag it as to-add
  4. 4Send confirmation with: date, time, time zone, link, what to bring
  5. 5Record the event for reminders

Rules

  • · Customer-readable event title, no internal codes
  • · Always confirm within 2 minutes of customer confirmation
  • · Never share other attendees' details

Expected output

Appointment created (date, time, duration, video link) + confirmation sent + reminder status

When not to use it

  • · Slot not yet confirmed by the customer: do not create the event
  • · Request to change an existing appointment: use Reschedule/Cancel
