Procedure

  1. 1Read commitments in the requested period
  2. 2Apply constraints: working hours, minimum duration, breaks, customer time zone
  3. 3Propose at most 3 slots, with explicit date, time, and duration
  4. 4State the time zone for each slot
  5. 5Ask which they prefer; do not book yet

Rules

  • · Always show the time zone: time-zone errors are the #1 no-show cause
  • · At most 3 proposals, never an endless menu
  • · Never propose out-of-hours slots without flagging them

Expected output

List of at most 3 slots (date, time, duration, time zone) + standard service duration

When not to use it

  • · Urgent request for today: still propose, flagging constraints
  • · Calendar not connected: propose times and ask for manual confirmation
