Lead Scoring

Scores the lead High/Medium/Low based on engagement, budget, and timing. Use to decide follow-up priority.

Pack: Leads & Sales

Procedure

  1. 1Collect signals: visits, opened emails, requests, role, company size
  2. 2Assess three dimensions: engagement (activity), budget (size/preferences), timeline (urgency)
  3. 3Compute the 0-100 score and band: High 70+, Medium 40-69, Low <40
  4. 4List the 3 signals that weighed most, with reasons
  5. 5Propose the band-consistent next action

Rules

  • · The score is a stated estimate: always show its component signals
  • · No protected data (health, religion, orientation) enters scoring
  • · Recompute at each interaction: scoring is not a fixed label

Expected output

Band + score + 3 main signals + recommended next action

When not to use it

  • · No historical interaction data: assign 'Low (insufficient data)'
  • · Final commercial decision: scoring supports, never replaces the verdict

Example requests

«How do we rate Bianchi Srl? They asked for three quotes»
